With SHMR, short for Shimmer, Recondite continues the poetic exploration of liminal states
first touched upon in his works like Indiferent,
Dämmerlicht, Ify and more.
In this new series of single releases, the focus shifts to the subtle interplay of light and shadow,
a metaphorical shimmer that reveals and conceals,
touches and withdraws, becomes a threshold,
a fragile in-between.
It is in this ambiguity - neither dark nor fully illuminated - that SHMR finds its voice,
evoking the transient, the uncertain, and the quietly
transformative.
The series will beginn with the track "KAIS" and will be released on PLANGENT RECORDS.
