Tracundum is a project focused on a making well-produced pop axé music—preserving the style’s high-impact sound and classic swing while blending rock guitars and electronic beats with the genre’s signature percussion. FurmigaDub is the project of Paraíba multi-instrumentalist Fabiano Formiga (UFPB), whose career spans reggae, heavy metal, brega, samba-rock bands coco de roda as well as the State Symphony Orchestra. He focuses on original productions that fuse Paraíba’s popular culture with electronic music aesthetics and is a consistent presence at major Brazilian music and electronic festivals in both DJ and live formats.
