A reissue of “Reprise” and “Count On It” from the 2007 album *Count On It* by Carl A. Finlow—who has released music under names such as Random Factor and Silicon Scally, as well as through his partnership with Ralph Lawson in 20:20 Vision/Back 2 Basics.

Noha of the Italian label 〈Panick Panick!〉 has reissued the “Back to Basics” classics, adding two tracks featuring his own remixes. “Reprise,” with its synthesizer vocals and authentic cyber-techno vibe, along with “Count On It”—which was the B-side on the original release—are timeless classics that remain highly reliable on the dance floor. Although these tracks were omitted when *For Those That Know* compiled and reissued his work in 2018, I think they fit perfectly now. (Original Japanese text by Saito)

Panickpanick proudly presents its latest vinyl release, featuring a repress of two timeless classics by the electronic music maestro Carl Finlow. Included in this release are ‘Reprise’ and ‘Count On It,’ both tracks embodying Finlow’s signature style . Originally released in 2003 under his pseudonym Silicon Scally, ‘Reprise’ showcases Finlow’s mastery of futuristic soundscapes. Meanwhile, ‘Count On It,’ initially part of Finlow’s 2016 album of the same name, delivers an electrifying journey through intricate beats and hypnotic synths. Adding an exciting twist to these beloved tracks, we’re thrilled to present Noha’s innovative reinterpretation, breathing new life into these timeless compositions.
