Drawing on influences from footwork, ghetto house, and baile funk, she creates a one-of-a-kind percussive cut-up collage-like world. Fragmented sound elements flit, roll, bounce, and leap; deconstruction and repetition, along with ecstatic shifts in tempo, are repeated as the music is gradually played—or not played—or simply tossed aside.
