Italian Techno inspiration Marco Faraone is finally back with a own release on his UNCAGE imprint after a four year solo release hiatus, he delivers another mighty offering, as expected. Next to his hard hitting new single, big remixes come from legends of the underground in Mark Broom, Efdemin and Mike Huckaby.

'Matter of Perspective' is the original single and is an urgent techno banger with heavy kick drums and wild, frazzled synth lines, industrial groans and textures add weight and darkness as this most unrelenting cut races into the night.

Long time UK techno stalwart, Mark Broom then flips the track into something more stripped back and bouncy, but with a raved up energy that never lets up and keeps you on your toes. German studio wizard Efdemin then brings all his years of clever trickery to a remix which is said to be one of his last remixes for a while (so soak it up whilst you can), it is perfectly deep and hypnotic, with curious synth sounds and multi-layered keys bringing the intensity. Last of all, Detroit great Mike Huckaby layers in plenty of his trademark dub techno grit, smoky textures and catchy claps to finish off what is a standout EP on UNCAGE.
