Using piano and saxophone performances as source material, he weaves together chopped-up sounds, samples, and bit-crushed electronic tones to create a unique, floating sound with unpredictable movements. It’s a brilliant piece of work that feels as though he’s brought the sense of ensemble—which he also demonstrates with the Lemon Quartet—into his homemade electronic creations.
