We’ve stocked the new EP from AEDIS—a member of the Spanish duo IRO AKA, who has garnered attention with releases on labels like 〈HIVERN DISCS〉 and 〈TERRA MAGICA〉, and who has also released numerous solo tracks on labels such as 〈ANIMALIA〉 and 〈SPECTRAL BOUNCE〉! Catalog No. 6 from the unmissable 〈DOWN2EARTH.WORLD〉, helmed by MATTHIAS. “dr. willis” (sample 1) features a thick, swollen acid bassline with dreamy synth pads swaying in the background. Featuring tracks like “lapse” (sample 2), a dubby electro track defined by its mechanical synth programming, this EP blends electro, ambient, and dub into a fresh, innovative sound—all four tracks are excellent. Vinyl-only! (Original Japanese text by Akie)
