From the robotic electro track “Laser Beams and Mirror Balls (Justin Robertson Remix)” (sample 1)—in which UK veteran producer Justin Robertson elevates the track to his signature cosmic synth-disco dimension—to the track featuring sharp stabs over a rumbling bass machine to the psychedelic-hued downtempo dub “Zub Sierra” (sample 3), these rave-electro productions showcase rich textures achieved using actual analog hardware.
