The highly anticipated new label 〈SIGIL TRAX〉 from Z@P—an icon of modern body music and techno hailing from Uruguay in South America—has arrived! TRAJANO (Campana Society)—whose EP on France’s 〈LABORATOIRE OBSOLÈTE〉 was also fantastic—delivers a cybernetic, hypnotic track with minor chords and insect-like samples in “Deux x machine (mix 2)” (sample1); “Melancholic” (sample2) by BRUNO LAM, which innovates on EBM; and “11.08” (sample3) by HENDRIK BROWN, which incorporates synthwave. While sharing a hypnotic electro format infused with acid-like tones, each track uniquely injects the distinct edge of its own genre. (Original Japanese text by Akie)
