Once again, the dry atmosphere that permeates the entire compilation and its slow, subtly dubby vibe make for absolutely perfect laid-back, sunset driving background music that’s sure to get you hooked. The latest mix CD has arrived from Norio Shimizu aka Noolio—a key figure in the unconventional reggae mix series “STRICTLY ROCKERS” and currently a behind-the-scenes member of KEN 2D-SPECIAL?—who also operates as a DJ, primarily in Tokyo.
