〈FELT〉—the label known for its cutting-edge releases, such as the reissue of unreleased tracks by the Swedish cult ambient artist CIVILISTJÄVEL!—is releasing a live performance recording on cassette! Recorded in 2024 at LA CHUNKY STUDIO in Glasgow, this recording is brimming with atmosphere, complete with ambient ambient sounds. Side A features the enigmatic artist BUSHES, whose soundscapes—with loose rhythms and abstract electronics—lure the listener into a hazy, shallow state of consciousness, painting a soundscape that feels half-dreamlike. On Side B, KLAUS—who has released works under his own label, TANUM, as well as on prestigious labels like R&S—presents an electro-acoustic approach: a deep, collage-style ambient track where pulsing bass, saxophone, and samples drift through an endless space of delay.
